Official rules to follow
- Colour photo taken within the last 6 months
- Full face, front view, no hat
- Looking directly at the camera
- Plain, evenly lit, light background without marks or creases
- Religious head coverings allowed if face from bottom of chin to top of forehead, eyebrows, eyes, nose and mouth are uncovered (ears may be covered)
- Photo may be refused if identical to a passport photo issued within the last six months, unclear, or ears not shown
