- Two recent photos, full front view of face, 5x5 cm only (in the USA 2x2 inches is accepted)
- Taken within the last 3 months (US consulates)
- Long hair must be tied back; ears and shoulders must be visible in the photo
- No glasses, hat or any other accessory hiding the face
- Good quality and in focus; low-quality photos not accepted
